Our breakthrough 4-pillar system was created by entrepreneur, 16-year movement pro, Strength and Mobility specialist, and fitness model Jared Rodriguez. Born and raised in Los Angeles, former collegiate baseball player and ping pong nerd - Jared's passion for humans and movement is unparalleled.

Jared’s 16 years in the fitness industry have lead him to rebrand and grow Santa Monica’s largest outdoor permitted bootcamp, formally known as Body Inspired Fitness: SM, into the breakthrough Inspired Method system it is today. Jared’s leadership and talent has allowed him to partner with fitness powerhouses like Tonal, Herbalife Nutrition, Bowflex, Sweet Sweat, and Victorious.
Jared’s fitness education and experience are not simply a vessel to train, but to educate clients on what exactly their mind and bodies are going through during the training process. Never training two people exactly the same, it’s Jared honor and life’s work to understand what makes you unique and connect with you through your motivation process.

Holly leads the Female Inspired Training Program with Inspired Method and she crafted this group as a powerfully supportive environment for women to train and feel successful, together. This series is specifically designed for the female body and in just 7-weeks you can get into the best shape of your life.
With 12 years in the industry, Holly wants you to understand fitness is a way of life. She not only wants you to look good but to feel, move, and thrive on a daily basis. She teaches from the healthy perspective that life revolves around balance, therefore feeling strong and healthy should be a part of it.

Maricris is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with specializations in women’s fitness and corrective exercise. Her passion lies in helping busy bodies and perfectionists achieve their health and wellness goals by creating easy to follow, progressive programs that compliment their lifestyle. She works daily to inspire others to live with a positive mindset to help them recognize that prioritizing their total body health and wellness is a blessing with the reward of living life to the fullest!
Her work as a trainer also crosses over into her work as a fitness model. In addition to creating and producing her own content to serve her audience, Maricris has also been hired by various brands to represent their company as a model, as well as a content creator, and contributor by creating fitness programs. Some of the brands she’s had the honor to work and collaborate with are Adidas, Reebok, Nike, NASM, Oxygen Magazine, and Beachbody to name a few.

Nick Ventra is an experienced registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance
(E-RYT 300) who has worked for companies and brands such as Equinox, Playlist LA Yoga, Lululemon, The Sanctuary Wellness Center & Yoga Studio, Cedars Sinai, Fabletics Men, Nike, and many more! In 2008, Nick cultivated his own yoga and meditation practice while studying acting and graduating from Cal State Fullerton in 2012.
As a certified fitness instructor, Nick has 10+ yrs work experience in the fitness industry and 5+ yrs teaching yoga, meditation, cycling, and functional fitness for group classes, private clients, outdoor/indoor private events, and music festivals. As a versatile instructor, Nick’s style of yoga teaching is influenced by Hatha, Iyengar, Power, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative.
