This 7-week session’s theme is called the Swimsuit Edition. The session pivots on consistent training, lean muscle workouts, and daily core work. Thing is, you can’t out-train unhealthy food habits so nutrition coaching, accountability, and support are paired with your high level workouts!

 

Maybe your not into the whole ‘bathing suit’ thing, and that's OK - change the name to something you LOVE. A leaner and hotter me OR losing the COVID-19 I gained in the last year OR getting out of my head and into my body. YOU DECIDE.
