GEAR NEEDED: Bring BOTH sets of weights, your resistance bands, mat, HR monitor, water, music (if desired). WORKOUT ITINERARY: 10 mins: Activation styled bosy-weight movements 10 mins: Track loops 30 mins: Two upper body strength & conditioning blocks 10 mins: Cool down

FRIDAY - Coach Jared

GEAR NEEDED: Bring your resistance bands, foam roller, HR monitor, water, music (if desired). NO WEIGHTS. WORKOUT ITINERARY: 10-15 mins: Short/Long loop 10 mins: Worlds greatest stretch 25 mins: High intensity lower body blocks using bands 5 mins: Stretch baby, stretch
