MONDAY BOOTCAMP: Palisades Park w/ Jared

Bring your mat, cell phone or pen/paper, HEAVY weights, water, music, and HR monitor.

Workout Itinerary is -

  • 15 mins: Warm Up Circuit
    15 mins: Dedicated Mobility 
    20 mins: Core and Cardio Back & Forth  
    10 mins: Goals review and stretch

WEDNESDAY BOOTCAMP: Palisades Park w/ J-rod and Nick!

Bring BOTH sets of weights, your mat, water, HR monitor, and music (if desired).

Workout Itinerary is -

  • 10 mins: CARS
    35 mins: Back N Forth (Push & Pull)   
    5 mins: Core Attack   
    10 mins: Cool down and stretch

FRIDAY BOOTCAMP: Palisades Park w/ J-rod

Bring your mat, water, HR monitor, and music. NO WEIGHTS.

Workout Itinerary is -
