WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR CLASSES
Joining an Inspired Method training program is one of the most valuable resources you could ever use. It's an investment in yourself and it will yield some of the highest returns.

HOW TO PREPARE
Arrive 15 minutes early.
You’ll need a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and your headphones for music (if desired).
Classes are held at Palisades Park, Santa Monica on Ocean Ave and Palisades Ave. Once you register, an Inspired Method representative will contact you via email or phone to help prep you for success.

If you use a heart rate monitor (highly recommend), your coach will show you the ins and outs of calorie review and fat loss track.
