Your Sept/Oct training program offers muscle split training days. That means there are more opportunities to train each muscle group to their full potential -- Your workout consistency will produce impressive results.

 

Additionally, in this program we'll assess and track our strength progress over time so you can tangibly see your numbers moving in an inspiring direction.
