THE BODY SERIES 

May 6th - June 28th, 2024

 

Welcome to The BODY Series:

Inspired Method's newest 2-month program designed to get your BODY summertime shining! 

This 8-week training program was built to help you develop and achieve incredible confidence with how your body functions, feels, and looks. Whether you have aesthetic, weight loss, cardio improve, or any other goals - now is the time to say "YES" to yourself. 

 

Food Coaching: We'll focus on what we eat, food quantity, and food timing. Strengthen your relationship with calories, gain food control, and lose inches on your waistline.  

 

Daily Core & Abs: Each workout from May-June will include 10 minutes of core/abs training. Got 6-pack goals?

Us too! This routine starts off tough but gets better, we promise.

 

Muscles For More Strength For so many reason, strength training is essential for body transformation.  We've got your fundamental strength essentials all the way up to the superhero versions in The BODY Series! 

 

Accountability For Better Results The buddy system is proven to yield better results than going alone. We'll offer you support, check in's, and other accountability styles to ensure you're getting better each week.
