SUMMER SWEAT COLLECTIVE

July 8th - August 30th, 2024. 

The Summer Sweat Collective:

Our July - August fitness program boasts an array of our favorite outdoor and virtual bootcamp training styles designed for serious strength and sweat!

 

HIIT Training: Each class we offer, we'll launch into one of our many dynamic and effective forms of HIIT training. We'll offer you METCON, tabata, circuits variations, ladder-styled strength training, and coach led challenges. 

 

Daily Core & Abs: Each Inspired workout will include roughly 8-10 minutes of core and abs training. At times the work will be integrated within the block, other times it'll be dedicated but you'll not only get that work in - you'll feel the Inspired Method difference!

 

Muscles For More Strength For so many reasons, strength training is essential for being our best self.  We've got your fundamental strength essentials all the way up to the superhero versions in the Summer Sweat Collective! 

 

Outdoor Bootcamp Workout Details

MONDAY 7/15
