Our most popular 60-minute, high intensity strength & conditioning class includes mobility and core training for an elevated movement experience. Enjoy fresh air, a light ocean breeze, and join us as we use the park's amenities like the beach, stairs, inclines, and grass to burn up to 1000 calories in one workout!



IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?

This program is for true beginners, intermediate athletes wanting to level up, and for elite fitness warriors wanting a fun and high energy training experience!
Our superstar coaches lead classes for all fitness levels including standard, modified, and bonus versions of moves so every participant can work at their truest. "Come back to your breath..." is something you'll hear often so be sure to enjoy the ride as you feel sweat dripping down your back.
Must be 15 years of age or older and heart healthy to participate.

Founder and fitness expert, Jared Rodriguez, created Inspired Method's 4-pillar system of mobility, strength, cardio, and lifestyle. WHERE WE SWEAT: PALISADES PARK
The park is located alongside Ocean Ave at the top of the coastal sandstone bluffs, offering breathtaking scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. Inspired Method meets on Ocean Ave and Palisades Ave by the BIG rose garden. The address is 699 Ocean Ave. You can’t miss us! There is park-side metered parking as well as residential (free) parking. You'll see us on the grass to begin class.
