ONLINE BOOTCAMP EXPERIENCE

Virtual Bootcamp is a 50-minute, high intensity strength & conditioning class offering mobility and core training for an elevated movement experience. Each class is tailored to fit the goals and needs of the participants helping you gain strength, practice mobility (get unstuck and feel free), and sweat your way to an incredible day. Burn up to 800 calories in this class! Our Virtual Bootcamp is available from the comfort of your home, hotel, or workspace. You only need a strong wifi connection.

IS THIS PROGRAM FOR ME?

This program is for true beginners, intermediate athletes wanting to level up, and for elite fitness warriors wanting an elevated workout experience from the comfort of their home.

Inspired Method coaches teach our classes in levels.

 

We always offer standard, modified, and bonus versions of moves so every level can work at their truest. "Come back to your breath..." is something you'll hear often and don't be surprised when you start to feel sweat dripping down your back!

 

Must be 15 years of age or older to participate and heart healthy.

VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP: NEED TO KNOW

  • Inspired Method coaches teach class with standard, modified, and bonus options. 

  • Each class is 50-mins and we start promptly on time. 

  • We use foam rollers, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Each participant must provide their own gear. 

  • We encourage you to turn your screen ON (optional) for a more connected workout experience.
