12-Week Program

We'll begin with a 15-min complementary Discovery Call to discuss your goals, needs, roadblocks, and strategies. Once completed, Jared goes to work creating your custom program. Jared will then schedule a follow-up 30-min zoom session to discuss, help you practice, and fully understand the details of your program. 

Private Virtual Session

If you're serious about getting professional fitness advice, are ready to work hard, and get into incredible physical condition this is the best option for you. In order to offer the most outstanding level of service Jared intends, he only takes on a maximum of 6 private clients at a time so don't hesitate to apply to train with him today! All sessions are one hour.
