PALISADES PARK

The park is located alongside Ocean Ave at the top of the coastal sandstone bluffs, offering breathtaking scenic views of the Pacific Ocean. Inspired Method meets on Ocean Ave and Palisades Ave by the BIG rose garden. The address is 699 Ocean Ave. You can’t miss us! There is park-side metered parking as well as residential (free) parking. You'll see us on the grass to begin class.

This program is for true beginners, intermediate athletes wanting to level up, and for elite fitness warriors wanting an elevated workout experience outside in the fresh air. Inspired Method coaches teach our classes in levels.

 

We always offer standard, modified, and bonus versions of moves so every level can work at their truest. "Come back to your breath..." is something you'll hear often and don't be surprised when you start to feel sweat dripping down your back!

 

Must be 15 years of age or older to participate and heart healthy.
