Burn up to 800 calories in this class! Our Virtual Bootcamp is conveniently available from the comfort of your home, hotel, or workspace. You only need a strong wifi connection.

  • Inspired Method coaches teach class with standard, modified, and bonus options. 

  • Each class is 50-mins and we start promptly on time. 

  • We use foam rollers, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Each participant must provide their own gear (LINK)

  • We encourage you to turn your screen ON (optional) for a more connected workout experience.
